SHIPPING
Your order will be processed and shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 2pm. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS "Priority Mail." All orders include tracking and insurance. For security purposes please ensure your billing and shipping address coincide. Once order has been placed your shipping address may not be modified. Signature confirmation will be required during the time of delivery. Pandenim is not responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Pandenim's control.
Expedited shipping or rush delivery options are not available at this time.
Pre-ordered, back-ordered, and made to order items will be shipped on the estimated date stated on the product description page. These items will be shipped via USPS "Priority Mail Express" once available.
